Registration

All walkers must register. It is recommended that each participant register online. If you did not register online last year, you will have to register as a new user using an email address and password. (View a video on registering for the Walk.)

To begin the registration process, select the appropriate option:

Join or Start a Team: Register to be part of an existing team by indicating the team name, OR start a new fundraising team that friends and family or another group can join

Register as an Individual: Register and fundraise as an individual

Note: If you initially register as an individual, you can always join or start a team later.

The registration process will automatically create a customized web page for each participant (which can be further personalized by the participant, if desired) and will enable soliciting online donations via e-mails.

There is no registration fee, however, all participants are encouraged to set a personal fundraising goal and to sponsor themselves.

If unable to register online, register in one of the following ways:

Via Group Team Leader: All faith and other groups participating in the Burke/Fairfax CROP Hunger Walk have walker Donation Envelopes for anyone interested in participating.

Walk Day: Go the the Registration table at Burke Presbyterian Church between 1:00-1:30 p.m. on Walk Day (November 5) and obtain a walker Donation Envelope if you have not previously received one. Bring all cash and check donations that you may have collected and put in the envelope.

Cash and/or Check Donations:

Anyone receiving cash and/or check donations will need to obtain a walker Donation Envelope from a participating team leader, or call or e-mail to request one.

Donation Envelopes and all collected money should be turned in no later than November 18 to the group's team leader or to the Walk Treasurer at:
